Ministry Spotlight: Food Ministry

The Food Ministry is an important way to show our love for each other during stressful times in life, such as a death, an illness or a birth . A meal prepared with love by your church family provides comfort as well as sustenance.

Lois Dial is the coordinator of our food ministry. Each family is assigned to a Food Group. When there is a need within that group, Lois contacts the group leaders. They in turn contact the members in their group to provide a meal or meals.

This ministry acts in tandem with the Life Groups. The members of a Life Group are usually the first to know of needs and they help to provide those needs within the group.
